Promotion and design rules
If you use the support of Norwegian and EEA funds, you have not only the right but also the obligation to inform about it. Information on co-financing should be provided during the implementation of the project, along with all informational and promotional activities that you undertake.
You also need to mark in a correct way all the documents prepared for publication and for project participants, the location of your project and your website (if you have one). In this way you will provide information about receiving funding from a given program.
Such action is intended to increase public awareness on the existence of the Norwegian and EEA Funds, their objectives, the possibility of bilateral cooperation with entities from Iceland, Liechtenstein or Norway and to disseminate knowledge about the implementation, results and impact of your project.
It is also required from you to develop and implement a communication plan and report to the Programme Operator on how you comply with information and promotion obligations. You should include your communication plan in the project application. Guidelines on the content of the Plan can be found in Annex 3: Information and communication requirements to the Regulation on the implementation of the EEA Grants 2014-2021 and Norway Grants 2014-2021.
Detailed rules for the promotion and design of projects are described in the handbook: Communication and Design Manual EEA and Norway Grants 2014-2021
